Who These Terms Are Between

"We", "us" and "the school" mean The Ogburn Online School. "You" means the person using this site. The site is addressed to adults; if you are a parent or guardian submitting an inquiry about a student, you are agreeing to these terms on your own behalf.

What This Site Is For

This site describes our programs and lets you ask us about enrolling. The information on it is general and may change. Course listings, program descriptions, schedules and prices shown here are for information only and are not an offer, a guarantee of availability, or a promise of any particular academic outcome.

Inquiries and Enrollment

Submitting a form on this site starts a conversation — it does not enroll a student and does not create an agreement to provide education. A student is enrolled only after we accept an application and the enrollment paperwork is completed. The terms of enrollment itself, including tuition, payment schedules, refunds, academic policies and withdrawal, are set out in the enrollment agreement and in the school's Policies and Procedures document, not on this page. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents control.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, that it is yours to give, and that you have the authority to make the inquiry for the student it concerns. When you submit a form you also agree to be contacted at the phone number you provide, including by automated technology, as stated beside the submit button on the form itself. How we handle what you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Use this site for its intended purpose. Please do not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information;
• use automated means to submit forms, scrape the site, or otherwise interfere with how it works;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its systems, or the accounts of others that is not made available to you;
• upload or transmit anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful to the site or its visitors.

We may restrict or refuse access to the site if it is used this way.

Intellectual Property

The text, images, blog posts, course descriptions, logos and design of this site belong to the school or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering enrollment. Any other copying, republication, or commercial use requires our written permission. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on services operated by other companies, and your use of the site is also subject to their terms:

• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise protects our forms from automated abuse. It collects device and behavior information and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site is used and which advertising leads to inquiries.
• Microsoft Advertising receives conversion information for advertising we run on Bing.
• CallRail provides our call tracking. Calls to the numbers shown on this site may be monitored or recorded, as described in our Privacy Policy.

This site links to websites we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience, we do not control or endorse what they contain, and these terms do not apply to them.

Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the school is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not affect any rights or obligations under an enrollment agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, Florida, and you and the school consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the revised version here and change the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
