TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
Accessing the courses at The Ogburn Online School is simple with technical support available 24/7. There are certain hardware and software which work best with our online curriculum. Please review our technology requirements below.
The following is a list of the technology requirements, depending on the type of computer you have:
Microsoft Windows Requirements
- Intel Pentium 4 2.33GHz, Athlon 64 2800+ or faster processor (or equivalent)
- Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7
- 128MB of graphics memory
- 128MB of RAM
- Macromedia Flash Player version 8 or greater (version 10 for test assignments)
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater
- Enable JavaScript in your browser options
- Apple Safari 5.0.3 or greater
- Google Chrome version 0.11.257.201 (including 11.0.696.57 update) or greater
- Adobe Reader (viewing and printing certificates)
- Sun JVM version 1.4 or greater (for select courseware)

- 1024×768, 16 bit (thousands of colors) color display or better
- Standard mouse and keyboard
- Speakers and soundcard.
